Our Wedding

Hi everyone! As you all know the love story begins back in Calgary, AB at the University of Calgary. Andrew and Davis met on the first day of university, on a stairwell in the Haskayne Business School building. Davis hesitantly approached Andrew to strike up a conversation to which we both ended up sharing our social media and numbers with each other. Fast forward a few months and after many nights out to The Den or Cowboys together with a larger group of friends, we romantically reconnected on the apps (how original - we know!)

Once finishing university Andrew and Davis set off on what was planned to be a 4 month vacation in SE Asia travelling across multiple countries. Unfortunately a global pandemic had other plans for us and caused us to flee a small island off of the coast of Cambodia, called Koh Chang. After multiple buses, a ferry, 4 flights (complete with delays and cancellations), as well as receiving our fair share of messages of concern from friends and family we were home on "Canadian Soil".

Following our Asian adventure, we both started work in Calgary and lived there for a while before making the switch in both career and life by moving to Vancouver. We are so lucky to have lived in 2 beautiful places and had the pleasure of experiencing the landscape and scenery of them both!

Sprinkling in some travel we are lucky to have experienced many memories together, with countless more to come!

After we happily settled down in Vancouver, we got engaged in our home province in the beautiful town of Tofino! We are so excited to be sharing this special day with you all, as each and every one of you share a part in our love story and contribute to the memories in our hearts. Cannot wait for July 5, 2025 to come!!

One of Penticton’s top bucket list items is to float down the river channel on a sunny summer afternoon. Float down 7km and relax with a drink (or a few) in hand. Feel free to bring your own floatie, but if not Coyote Cruisers offers a rental service as well as a shuttle service for a fairly reasonable fee.

Man oh man! Are there ever wineries here! There are so many places you can go check out in the area. There's lots along the Naramata Bench, towards Oliver, or even out towards Kelowna. Our personal favourite stops along the in the area include Dirty Laundry, Mocojo, Lakebreeze, Bench 1775, Painted Rock or Blasted Church, and obviously Poplar Grove - but we'll see you there on July 5th!. When it comes to Oliver, the Oliver Wine District and Phantom Creek are really cool venues. You also can't go wrong with Hester Creek or Burrowing Owl. There are ENDLESS wineries so find what works for you and what you like. Be sure to check online if you have to book a tasting as the summer months get busy in the Okanagan. Additionally, there are lots of companies that plan tours for you and provide transportation. Check out TopCat Tours, Grape Escapes or Sunshine &amp; Wine or just have a designated driver :)

BC's biggest Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from 8:30AM - 1PM starting at the 100 Block of Main Street. Take a stroll around, they have some great vendors complete with delicious snacks and lovely decor!

We are very aware that this is a destination wedding and as such are very grateful for the journey you may be taking here. As most of you will either be driving or flying in, there are 2 main options from each: FlyingPenticton Regional Airport -&nbsp;Although a smaller airport, this may be much easier as there is no transfer from Kelowna to Penticton. Kelowna International Airport -&nbsp;About 1 hour drive from Penticton, this airport will have the most options in regard to time and airline carriers. Once in Kelowna, taxi cabs/Uber will drive to Penticton, or a car could be rented and driven to Penticton. DrivingFrom Calgary -&nbsp;About 8hrs from Calgary via the Trans Canada Highway, this is a very scenic drive through Western Canada with tons of photo ops along the way! From Vancouver -&nbsp;About 5hrs from Vancouver taking either the Hope-Princeton or Coquihalla Highway.
