The story began when Kara matched at the Banner University OBGYN Residency, and Andrew decided to buy a house.

Andrew grew up in Michigan, but had moved to the Phoenix area right after college in 2014. He found a home to buy in 2018 in North Phoenix.

Meanwhile Kara had lived in New Mexico her whole life, and after matching to Phoenix in 2019, she quickly found a home to buy in the same area.

One day while looking at houses, Kara's realtor Danny noticed she had on 'NOBULL' branded shoes, and asked if she did CrossFit. She told him yes, and after closing on her house, Danny gave her a free month membership to his gym as a realtor gift. This was fortunate, because Danny went to the same CrossFit gym that Andrew was a member of.

So in the spring of 2019, Andrew saw Kara show up to the CrossFit Magna for the first time :) The two had made small talks in passing for a few weeks, until one day Kara mentioned that none of her friends wanted to go see the new "IT 2" movie with her. For those of you that don't know, "IT 2" is a horror movie sequel about a killer clown. Andrew jumped at the chance to take Kara out on a date, and told her he would go with her to see the movie. For those of you who don't know Andrew's taste in movies.... it isn't horror lol.

Well Andrew held it together and didn't cry, scream, or leave the movie early, so here we are today!!!
