Andrew moved from Charlotte, NC to Rockford, IL in June of 2023 to begin working as the Production Director at First Free Rockford. Natalie grew up in Rockford, IL and has attended First Free for most of her life. She volunteers in both the production department as well as the youth ministry. Andrew first met Natalie during his first month working at First Free. It was love at first sight for Andrew.

Andrew began serving in the youth ministry and through that, Natalie and Andrew got to know each other and grew closer. In August, Andrew flew home for a concert. While in Charlotte, Andrew couldn't stop thinking about Natalie. The day Andrew got back, he saw Natalie at church and they talked for hours after service. Andrew asked Natalie out on a date that night to Olive Garden. When the date was coming to an end, Andrew asked Natalie to be his girlfriend and of course she said yes.

Andrew and Natalie had been dating for 9 months when Natalie joined Andrew and his family on a vacation to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. On the first night there, Andrew had Natalie convinced they were just touring the resort and going to take pictures on the top of the pyramid. Unbeknownst to her, this was the spot where Andrew was going to propose. When Andrew asked Natalie to do him the honor of becoming his wife, Natalie with tears in her eyes, said "YES".
