About the weekend

The Camp:Please join us at<a href="https://campcarmelvalley.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> The Camp at Carmel Valley</a> to celebrate our wedding over an extended weekend - Adults and Kids are welcome! We have reserved the camp for three nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and are looking forward to spending some quality time with everyone! The Camp is situated in a beautiful part of central California surrounded by rolling hills and about 30 minutes from Monterey. We'll hold all of our wedding-events at The Camp, plus we'll be able to enjoy the beautiful views, the pool, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts throughout the weekend. Lodging:Stay with us on-site at The Camp! We have on-site housing for about 80 people in single-room cabins. For those not staying on-site, Carmel Valley hosts several hotels (see accommodations page for room block!)

Flying ✈️ 

For those who are flying, we recommend arriving at San Jose Mineta International Airport. Our venue is approximately a 2-hour drive south from the airport via US-101 S. We recommend renting a car for the drive!

From San Francisco / Bay Area

Our venue is about a 2.5-hour drive south of San Francisco via US-101 S.

From Los Angeles

Our venue is roughly a 5.5-hour drive north of Los Angeles via I-5 N and US-101 N

Check-in at the venue begins at 3 PM on June 27th. Welcome activities will start around 4 PM, so please plan to arrive with enough time to settle in and join us.

Cabins feature assigned, private bathrooms in nearby bath house. Most cabins have one queen bed, two twin beds, and bench seating. Some cabins feature 2 queen beds.

The Camp at Carmel Valley - Sunrise & Solstice Camps

Cabins feature shared communal bathrooms for men and women. Most cabins feature one queen bed, two twin beds, and bench seating. Some cabins feature 2 queen beds.

Contenta Inn

Stay offsite in downtown Carmel Valley, and the sister hotel of the the Camp! The Contenta Inn is an 8 minute drive from the camp! Please note! Campers in cabins and in the bunk houses won't have access to the kitchen. We are providing Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks to everyone staying on site for the weekend.

Saturday Shuttle Service : ﻿Shuttle service to The Camp will be available starting at 1:00 pm from The Contena Inn in Carmel Valley. Shuttles will run approximately every 45 minutes, with the last shuttle leaving at 2:30 pm.&nbsp; Return shuttle service from The Camp to The Contenta Inn will start at 7:45 pm. Shuttles will run approximately every 45 minutes, with the last shuttle leaving at 10:00 pm.
