How Do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. If you have trouble with the website, please contact us and we will be happy to fill out the RSVP for you.

When is the RSVP dealine?

January 31, 2025.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT OR HAVEN'T RSVP'D IN TIME?

If you cannot make it, you will be dearly missed but we do understand. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can update the headcount for our vendors. If you have missed the RSVP deadline, please understand we will update our guest list accordingly and cannot accept late responses due to this.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are unable to accommodate plus ones. For example, your invitation would list (your name) and guest. For families, it will list (your name) and family. When you go to RSVP you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

As much as we love your kiddos, we can not accommodate everyone's children. This pertains to children of all ages. Please refer to the RSVP tab. If we cannot invite your kiddos, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you see this as an opportunity to have a night off and celebrate with us!

Is there parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at our venue! We do encourage our guest to get an Uber.

If I am flying in for the wedding, which airport should I fly into?

San Antonio International (SAT) and it is 34 minutes away from the venue. Our wedding is on a Friday so if you are coming in on Friday there may be some traffic. Please plan accordingly.

What if I am running late?

If you are late to the ceremony you will not be let into the ceremony and will have to wait in the reception hall.

Can we take our own pictures + videos during the ceremony??

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that all phones and cameras be put away. This is a special day for us; we have the most amazing photographer and videographer to document this day! We want you guys to enjoy and celebrate the day with us!

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will take place inside the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is spring formal! We kindly ask our guests no jeans! We also would like it if guests don't wear black and avoid traditional bride colors- whites, ivory, and creams. Cowboy hats and boots are wonderful! We can't wait to see everyone dressed up with us! Inspiration pictures are attached below!
