Climbable trees, old buildings, and a field that's full of flowers in the Spring and Summer!

Sarah came here each year for pictures in the bluebonnets growing up, and we've continued that tradition together, making the trip from College Station.

As Baptists ourselves, we've checked out the church and museum before, and loved learning about how this small town is so important to history.

Tours of the factory, huge variety of ice cream, and a fun walk around the grounds!

We're both avid fans of bluebell ice cream, even running the bluebell half marathon, so of course this is one of the things we'd recommend you stop by.

Save room, we'll have bluebell at the wedding too :)

We've actually never been there but it's birthplace of Texas as a republic! If you're interested in a quick trip to learn some Texas history, it's definitely worth checking out.
