WHAT TIME AND WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

The ceremony starts at 1:00 pm and will be held at Mary, Mother of the Church Parish. The reception will begin at 4:30 pm at The Cargill Room.

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION? WHAT IF WE HAVE DIETARY NEEDS?

We plan to serve a wide range of food throughout the reception, starting with appetizer stations, then moving to heavy appetizers, carving stations, desserts, and finally a late-night offering. The reception format will be an extended cocktail hour instead of a sit-down dinner so that there is time to mingle and socialize. We have taken care to curate a variety of selections that will meet a range of dietary needs, but we want to ensure we accommodate all of our guests. When you RSVP, note if you have any dietary needs you feel we may be unaware of.

WHAT ARE SOME FUN LOCAL THINGS WE CAN DO IN BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION?

There are so many nice venues and things to see in downtown La Crosse! Check out our Things To Do section on this website for a few of Katie and Andrew's favorite spots. You may also wish to check into your hotel room during this time.

WHERE CAN WE PARK NEAR THE RECEPTION VENUE?

If you are staying at any of the three hotels we recommended, they are all within 1-2 blocks of the venue, and we would recommend leaving your vehicles there and walking. If you are not staying nearby, the best option will be one and a half blocks away at the Jay Street parking ramp. Coming from the ceremony headed northbound on Morman Coulee Blvd (I-90 Alt/4th St), you will go straight at the Cass St intersection, and proceed two blocks and make a left on Jay Street. Landmarks on the left side of the street as you approach Jay Street are the Popcorn Tavern and the Driftless Axe and Arcade. The Waterfront also has a surface lot on Front St S behind the building where the restaurant is located, but space is very limited.

ARE OUR CHILDREN OR A PLUS ONE GUEST INVITED?

The reception will be adults-only, save for some select direct family members. If you have a plus one, your invitation will indicate '& Guest' and you will be able to input their information when you RSVP.

IF WE WOULD LIKE TO MAIL OUR GIFT, WHERE SHOULD WE SEND IT?

Thank you! You may mail gifts to:

Katie and Andrew Wagner
300 District Drive
Apt 512
Asheville, NC 28803

DO YOU HAVE HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS?

Yes! Check out the Travel section on this site. We have room blocks at three downtown La Crosse hotels that are all within walking distance (1-2 blocks) of the Cargill Room.  Note, rooms must be reserved prior to June 1st in order to secure the room block rate.

WHAT ATTIRE IS RECOMMENDED?

We suggest wearing semi-formal attire. For example, men in a tie, dress shirt, and slacks with sport or suit coat optional. For women, cocktail dresses appropriate for a church ceremony and summer weather are recommended. Please note the bridesmaids will be wearing neutral colored full length dresses (latte/light grey). The groomsmen will be wearing black suit coats and ties.
