Our Wedding

Caitlin - So truthfully we actually met each other back in 2010; Andrew was 12 and I was 8. We were in a production of Charlotte's Webb where Andrew was Wilbur, and I was one of Charlotte's baby spiders at the tail end of the show. We have a picture together to prove it! Even though our families knew of each other, I'm not sure anyone would have guessed that we'd happen to meet again 12 years later in ALASKA of all places! Shortly after that trip (if not during) we both developed a little crush :) We stayed friends for over a year as Andrew was discerning a call to a religious vocation, and I was trying to figure out why this particular crush would not go away! Obviously now we know the reason - God had a plan. Over a year after the trip to Alaska, Andrew and I shared a couple dances at his brother and sister-in-law's wedding. Some things were shared, and I knew after all of my waiting and wondering that something was there! A few days later he told me he did want to pursue a relationship, but that he wanted to go on a "come and see" retreat with a religious order he had been eyeing before he could ask me out. The man is thorough, that's all I can say! Those next 7 weeks were some of the longest yet most spiritually rewarding of my life, and on September 28th, 2023, Andrew asked me out! From there I'd like to say it's history :)

There is a vigil Mass is at 4:30pm for those who wish to attend in between the ceremony and reception. Wedding party will not arrive until 6:00pm, so you would not miss out on any festivities:)
