We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing children unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

We kindly ask that you arrive at the ceremony 30 minutes early to ensure that you are seated and settled when the ceremony starts.

There is parking available at the venue if you plan to drive yourself. In addition, if you need to leave your car at the venue overnight, you are more then welcome to! As mentioned, we will have a shuttle available to all guests running to and from the hotel.

There will be a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue and back for guests. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:00. This is the only trip the shuttle will be taking to the ceremony! The shuttle will pick guests up at the Red Barn at 8:15, 9:15, or 10:15 to go back to the hotel.

After the ceremony the wedding party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and a charcuterie spread.

The eastern half of Hay Rd is gravel. If coming from the East do not take Boston School Rd. to Hay Rd,, instead continue heading further west and take Keyser Rd to Hay Rd. The western half of the road is paved and the Red Barn will be located on the South Side of the road.
