What should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail hour so the only thing we would like you NOT to wear is jeans, t-shirts and sweats. We welcome suits, pants suits, cocktail dresses, or nice pants and blouse. We want everyone to look their very best! DO NOT WEAR WHITE!
What kind of weather should I plan for?
We would like to remind everyone that this wedding is during the winter so it is going to be COLD. Make sure to bring a jacket with you. As time gets closer to the wedding please check the forecast.
Where is the ceremony and the reception being held?
The ceremony will be outside! Please make sure you are prepared for the weather. We are going to have blankets and warm drinks as you show up for the ceremony. The reception will be inside heated so please make sure you are prepared to be inside after the ceremony.
After the ceremony what do we do?
The bride, groom, wedding party, parents, and siblings will be taking some pictures for about an hour near by at that time all other guest are welcomed to go into the reception area for cocktail hour for drinks and finger food.
What is the theme for this wedding?
The theme is a Country Christmas.
What should I do if I can't make it?
We're very upset to hear that you wont be able to celebrate our special day with us. Please take the time to RSVP "no" so we can plan appropriately.
Is parking free?
Yes parking is free!
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Can we bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you did receive a plus one with your invitation please list the name of your plus one on your RSVP.
Can I take pictures at the ceremony and reception?
We are asking to please not have your phones out during important moments like the ceremony, the entrances, the first dance, the father daughter/ son mother dance, or the sparkler tunnel. These events will be heavily photographed by professionals and we would like you to live in the moment with us without a camera. All other times we encourage you to take pictures!
