Kaitlyn and I met in fall of 2019 during our last semester at Auburn University. I knew Ashley (Kaitlyn's best friend and Maid of Honor) and she introduced us at church right after the semester started. We hit it off immediately, but were hesitant to begin a relationship since we were about to graduate and go our separate ways. Our admiration couldn't be denied and we knew we wanted to make it last. We decided to make the most of our last semester and start dating. We dated long distance for two years during the pandemic before I moved to Huntsville in summer of 2021. On February 23, 2023, I asked Kaitlyn to marry me. We can't wait for our wedding on 4/27/24 when we get to stand by our closest friends and family to celebrate this special milestone in our lives.
