Haley and Andy met at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo back in 2016 as freshman living in the Cerro Vista dorms on campus. They first met through mutual friends during the "Week of Welcome" at Cal Poly, but everyone in the friend group had a sneaky suspicion they would become more. After six months of being Haley's "friend", Andy asked her to be his girlfriend. Immediately, their lives were completely intertwined, spending every free minute of every day together on dates.

After graduation, Haley and Andy were determined to live together and found jobs in North County San Diego where they started to build a life together. After 2 years of Haley "nicely asking", Andy finally agreed to getting a puppy, and they welcomed new family member, Lucy 🐶. While in Oceanside, Haley and Andy pushed each other through new jobs, promotions, puppy training, and other obstacles providing care for one another every day.

On March 3rd, Andy took Haley to their favorite beach in Carlsbad, got down on one knee, and proposed. It had been eight years together, so Haley said "about time" and they began wedding planning.

What's in the future? After the wedding, Haley and Andy are looking to move to Bend, Oregon. They are excited to explore a new state as newlyweds and know that with one another’s support and love they can conquer anything.
