Our Welcome Party and Wedding Ceremony/Reception will both be mask-optional. Feel free to wear a mask or not wear a mask; whatever makes you comfortable. Weather permitting, the Welcome Party and Wedding Ceremony plus cocktail hour will be held outside. The Wedding Reception will be inside the barn. There is no dress code for the wedding ceremony/reception. Please wear whatever makes you happy.

The ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m. and we recommend for guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to that. This will allow you time to get settled. There is a shuttle (44 passenger bus) that will run between Smuggler's notch and Boyden Farm. The shuttle will make two trips to/from Boyden farm. It will leave at 2:45 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. from Smuggler's notch. It will leave at 9:45 p.m. or 10:45 p.m. from Boyden farm. Please note that there are more than 44 guests who would like to take the shuttle, so it would be helpful if a portion of guests can head out early on the 2:45 p.m. shuttle.

As long as the weather is okay, the ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place outdoors. The reception will take place inside the barn though you are free to wander outside and enjoy the beautiful Vermont night as well!

Yes! There is a field parking area to the side of the barn behind a fence. The barn is handicap accessible and there are two restrooms inside the barn.

At the wedding ceremony/reception, we'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a two course family-style dinner and a dessert table with a variety of options. We have taken note of any dietary restrictions reported in the RSVPs and will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. For the welcome party on Friday, we'll serve salad, pizza and cannolis. There will be four pizza options available, detailed below. If you have specific dietary restrictions please go up to the pizza oven and let them know your restrictions, they should be able to accommodate. 1. Margherita: tomatoes, fior di latte, fresh basil, oregano, evoo. Vegetarian. 2. Pizzarao: fior di latte, crushed tomatoes, caramelized onions, fresh basil, oregano, evoo. Vegetarian. 3. Salsiccia e fungi: house-made Vermont sausage, fior di latte, mushrooms, tomatoes, grana padano 4. Pepperoni: Vermont country smokehouse pepperoni, fior di latte, tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano

There will be an open bar on Saturday at the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. There will be a limited number of signature cocktails available and an unlimited amount of beer, cider and wine. There will be no alcohol served at the Welcome Party on Friday.
