Wedding attire. No Jeans please. This is NOT a black tie event. Please be advised that the weather in Nashville can be 80 degrees one day and 40 degrees the next. So please bring a jacket and comfy shoes. The ceremony will be on grass.

The wedding is in Franklin , TN which is about 30-40 minutes from downtown Nashville. The wedding is at Southall Meadows located at 3193 Southall Road in Franklin, TN. Please do NOT confuse this with Southall Luxury Resort which is 1 mile away from the venue.

The wedding is on November 15 at 4:00pm sharp. Please note that Nashville traffic can be a strategic depending on the time of day. It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour to get from downtown Nashville to Franklin where the venue is located. Please plan accordingly. We highly recommend using the bus transportation we have provided leaving from the Hilton Hotel in downtown Nashville located at 121 4th Ave South or Ubering. Refer to the travel link for further details about bus transportation departure times to and from the venue.

If you refer to the travel link you will note we have listed a few hotel accommodations . However, there are many more options not listed in downtown Nashville close to where the transportation buses will be. Please note that the wedding is in Franklin, TN. If you are making a whole weekend out of the event, we suggest you stay in downtown Nashville vs Franklin. There will be transportation to and from the venue. That way you will be close to downtown Nashville for the remainder of your stay.

The After Party will be held at The Stable Reserve located at 412 Main St in Franklin, TN. There will be bus transportation from the wedding venue to downtown Franklin (approx 5 miles away from the venue). There will also be buses back to downtown Nashville for those who are tired and want to call it a nite.

The After Party is from 10:30pm-1:00am at The Stable Reserve 412 Main Street in downtown Franklin. There will be bus transportation provided to return to downtown Nashville at 1:00am. For those of you staying at the Harpeth Hotel in downtown Franklin, it is a 3 block walk back to your hotel.

There will be an optional get together with cocktails and appetizers at the 12 South Taproom and Grill located at 2318 12th Ave South, Nashville from 3:00-6:00pm. For those of you who want to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Broadway come join us. For the ladies, there just happens to be some cute shopping located right next to the venue.

Yes. The buses will depart at 2:45pm SHARP on Friday, November 15 from the Hilton Hotel in downtown Nashville located at 121 4th Ave South. There will be buses returning to the Hilton Hotel after the reception at 10:00pm and another bus after the After Party at 1:00am.
