Unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the festivities on Saturday unless your are staying at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. All guests must be booked under our group by our travel agent in order to attend Saturday. However, you can attend the ceremony and reception at the cenote on Sunday!

No. We are having a small intimate wedding. Therefore, the hotel will not provide us with unlimited day passes. When passes are issued, the wedding couple is required to pay an additional per person, per event, fee on top of the fee the guests have to pay to visit the property for the day. We hope you all understand that we would rather avoid having to pay any additional fees that day.

Casual comfortable clothing. We will have a photographer present but we understand that it will be hot inside the cenote during the ceremony. I suggest you wear your bathing suits, under your sun dresses, so you can jump in right after the ceremony!

The deadline to submit your flight information is 6/6/2023. If you do not submit your flight itinerary by this date, you will not have airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel).

Not right away so make sure you pack an extra set of clothing and don’t forget to bring a hotel pool towel when packing for the trip. We will be having dinner in a hut, outside of the cenote, followed by drinks and dancing. Also, I recommend buying bug stray & packing it for this trip. This is a jungle like environment so I imagine that there will be mosquitoes.

They have a store in the hotel where you can purchase items that you forgot to pack. Sunblock is the one item that I see people frequently complaining about online. According to past guests a bottle can cost about $30 at the resort. Make sure to purchase enough before you leave so you can avoid having to buy this at the resort.

Yes. DO NOT use sunscreen or bug repellent or any other lotions before swimming. This is to preserve the quality of the water for everyone. There are showers available which you have to use before you enter the water, however, you shouldn’t apply it at all if you’re planning to go swimming in the Cenote. You can apply the bug spray when you get out to prevent getting bitten during dinner.

Bathing suits, swimming shoes, an extra set of clothing, towels (get from hotel pool), life vests (for the little ones), a comb, deodorant and bug spray. If you aren’t traveling with a bookbag I will have entra bags that you can have to use to put your belonging for this field trip.
