Aneta and James grew up in nearby towns and met in the spring of 2013 through mutual friends at a party. It was love at first sight and they have been together ever since. They share so many wonderful memories together. For four years during college, they even dated long distance between Florida and New Jersey. Ultimately, their love stayed strong and James moved back to New Jersey. The rest is history. They are so excited for this next chapter in their lives and cannot wait to celebrate with friends and family on their wedding day.

After 9 1/2 years of dating, James got down on one knee at the beautiful Sugar Beach, St. Lucia. He kept everything a surprise from Aneta. The whole day leading up to the proposal was fun and unforgettable. They explored the island that day and even made chocolate by hand in a chocolate farm. He kept the ring on him the entire time and Aneta had no clue. He was waiting for the right moment to pop the question. When a rainbow appeared behind them along with a sun shower, while watching the sunset, it felt like a sign from God for James to propose to her and she said yes!
