<p>   Gregory transferred into LCHS senior year during the very last semester of 2014. Angel was already attending the suburban school as of 2012. Those 3 months allowed a friendship to blossom that continued even after graduation. Both were drawn to each other and did not realize that the connection would become so much more. Fast forward:  (Or backwards since it's been 10 years lol) On a chill December night. Greg had offered to pick his friend up from work earlier that day when dropping her off. She worked until about 11 pm. When the time came around, there was no answer from him. A little disappointed, she got a ride from a coworker. 2 hours later, while wrapping gifts, she received a call. Apologies upon apologies. A single request. No…a demand! “I’m coming over right now to apologize in person.” In the dead of the night, he drove to her and apologized with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. This had never happened before and the vibe shifted towards something beautiful. Butterflies in the stomach eventually turn to courage as they try to watch anime like normal, and finally, the silence is unbearable. She spoke first. “I-I like you.” An anime confession. “Ok, I like you too.” It was already late, so they set a date to go out and see how things would go. December 23rd. Girlfriend and Boyfriend. Everything felt right, and things moved quickly, and it was exciting. Meeting each other's family back to back during the Christmas Break. So much growth, love, and fun times have been experienced since that faithful day. </p>
