We are staying in an Airbnb in Golden. It's the best balance of location and cost.


Golden is a small town nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It's a 15-minute ride from downtown Golden to Red Rocks Amphitheatre.


Morrison is another option. Hotels tend to be a little more expensive. Lakewood has a lot of options. We recommend a few other hotels from our research on booking.com.
