Our Wedding

Nathanaël and Ángela met on their first day of grad school. They were forced to introduced themselves to each other as part of an ice breaker in class; they were seating right next to each other. Nathanaël said he purposely sat next to the most beautiful girl in the room. Not much came out of this introduction, until once again they were forced to work with each other for an end of the semester presentation. At this point, they had to exchange numbers with each other and maintained a relationship strictly related to school. Nathanaël would miss classes because of his job so Ángela would often times share her notes and study with him. Almost a year passed before they hung out together outside of school. Ángela invited him to happy hour and a good friendship started. Ángela then showed interest in the FIFA World Cup and little did she know, Nathanaël was a fanatic since his Belgium team was doing really good. Nathanaël and Ángela went on multiple outings after this, but Ángela did not know such were dates. On one of them, Ángela met Nathanaël's friend, who by accident made a big deal out of meeting her. It was then she realized Nathanaël liked her more than a friend. Nathanaël was very shy about all of this so it was not a surprise that Ángela on October 9, 2019 asked him, after an awkward conversation, if he was trying to ask her to be his girlfriend and he said yes. The rest is history.

Known for their signature "Coco Pirata" drink and easy beach access, this location offers rooms and spacious apartments (perfect for larger groups), with consistent rates year-round. The bride and groom, along with the wedding party, will be staying here. If you book, please mention our names when reserving so they can place you near us. Due to the long weekend, the minimum of nights for booking is 3+. A shuttle service will also be available to transport guests to and from the wedding venue. Let's explore "La Isla del Encanto"

Puerto Rico is full of many activities to do throughout the island. Making a list that includes everything is impossible but below are some places to go visit by region. Nathanael and Angela have plans to visit SJU from 05/26 to 05/28. If you're interested in learning more about the plans or would like to join, please contact them.

East Region:

Go on an adventure with nature on a zipline!

Toro Verde Adventure Park

Entertainment, dining and shopping.

Casa BACARDÍ

Old San Juan is filled with historical landmarks and great dining and bars. Make sure to visit "El Morro", San Cristobal fortress, and Fortaleza Street. Make sure to also grab a "piragua" (snow cone). Great for day and night activities.

Old San Juan

Come see the only tropical rainforest in the US National Forest system. It is one of the most biologically diverse. Experience the breathtaking scenery, clear mountain rivers, and outdoor recreation opportunities. Make sure to dress accordingly for such.

El Yunque National Forest

This is a night activity and should be book in advance with a tour agency.

Ruinas del Faro

Las Salinas in Cabo Rojo is an area in the southwest corner of the island. Cabo Rojo is a gorgeous area with a spectacular beach (Playa Sucia) nearby these pink salt flats, so you can make a fun day out of a trip there.

Salinas de Cabo Rojo

Nice water cascade that people can go in if weather permits. Puerto Rico has many cascades that can be visited but make sure the weather is good and to book with a tour agency for safety purposes.

Gozalandia Waterfalls Campground

Historical landmark in Rincon. Usually has local arts vendors. Make sure to visit the restaurant/bar in the area and order a mojito "de parcha". Near by is the famous decommissioned nuclear plant which you can see from the lighthouse.
