Puerto Rico is full of many activities to do throughout the island. Making a list that includes everything is impossible but below are some places to go visit by region. Old San Juan is filled with historical landmarks and great dining and bars. Make sure to visit "El Morro", San Cristobal fortress, and Fortaleza Street. Make sure to also grab a "piragua" (snow cone). Great for day and night activities.
Come see the only tropical rainforest in the US National Forest system. It is one of the most biologically diverse. Experience the breathtaking scenery, clear mountain rivers, and outdoor recreation opportunities. Make sure to dress accordingly for such.

Las Salinas in Cabo Rojo is an area in the southwest corner of the island. Cabo Rojo is a gorgeous area with a spectacular beach (Playa Sucia) nearby these pink salt flats, so you can make a fun day out of a trip there.
Nice water cascade that people can go in if weather permits. Puerto Rico has many cascades that can be visited but make sure the weather is good and to book with a tour agency for safety purposes.
Historical landmark in Rincon. Usually has local arts vendors. Make sure to visit the restaurant/bar in the area and order a mojito "de parcha". Near by is the famous decommissioned nuclear plant which you can see from the lighthouse.
