IS THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Barn at Rock Creek located at 5900 Rock Creek Rd ND Leland NC 28451.

WHAT TIME WILL THE CEREMONY START?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure our timeline for the night remains on schedule!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Formal/Cocktail Attire - We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Ladies should wear knee-length dresses or longer as desired. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Gentlemen no jeans, please. *Please, no whites & ivories as they are reserved for the bride.*

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! When you RSVP and type in your name you will see if you have a plus one. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

We love your kids, we really do! However, due to venue limitations, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. Otherwise, we encourage you to think of our wedding as a date night away from the kids!

Can I take photos/videos?

We will be having a strictly "unplugged" ceremony where we kindly ask and appreciate all guests to turn their phone off or place on silent for the entirety of the wedding ceremony to allow our photographer and videographer experts to capture the ceremony professionally. AFTER the ceremony has ended and cocktail hour begins - we would LOVE to have as many photos and videos of our wedding day as possible!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Absolutely! Come ready to eat and party! There will also be an Open Beer/Wine Bar during Cocktail Hour & the Reception.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will confer with our caterer.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both! Our wedding venue has an indoor/ outdoor concept. The ceremony will be taking place outside under a covered pavilion. Cocktail hour will be held outside following the Dinner Reception inside and will be able to utilize both spaces for the rest of the evening!

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Yes! We have a few hotel blocks at various hotels. Please see the "Travel" tab on the website.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

A shuttle bus will be available to and from the venue. Pick up and drop offs will take place from our blocked hotels.

Is there parking on site?

There is a designated parking lot that will be reserved for guests with a golf cart shuttle available. If leaving cars overnight they must be picked up by 10 AM the following day.

What should I do if i cant make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Not formally, no! But, we are looking to head to downtown Wilmington afterwords and we highly recommend that our guests check out the nightlife scene after our reception that concludes at 10 PM.

Where are you registered?
