WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
The RSVP deadline is August 13th, 2024. RSVP is required for all attendees.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS REGARDING THE SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?
For guests staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel, complimentary transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue. The bus will depart for the wedding venue at 4:15pm and will return to the hotel after the festivities conclude at 10:30pm. Kindly note that there is limited seating available on the shuttle so reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests will have an opportunity to reserve a seat after submitting the RSVP.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Semi-formal. Don't forget your dancing shoes!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We cannot accommodate additional guests unless explicitly stated on your invitation. This choice is to ensure that our wedding celebration is shared with our closest friends and family.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
This will be a kid-free wedding with the exception of immediate family and those in the wedding party. The number of reserved seats we have for you and your family is included in the formal invitation.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will commence promptly at 5:30pm. We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
To ensure everyone is fully present for our union, we will be hosting an "unplugged" ceremony. Kindly turn off or silence all phones during the ceremony. We've enlisted a fantastic photographer to capture this special moment. Please feel free to take as many pictures as you like during the cocktail hour and reception.
A QR code will be provided for you to upload all of your favorite photos of the night for Angela & Michael to enjoy.
DID YOU SAY OPEN BAR?
Yes, we did! Enjoy an open bar with an array of spirits, beer, cocktails and wine. Non-alcoholic alternatives, along with coffee and tea, are also available. While we hope you have a great time celebrating with us, we encourage you to do so responsibly.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes, free parking is available at the wedding venue.
HOW DO I INFORM YOU OF MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES?
There will be an opportunity to list dietary restrictions and/or allergies when you RSVP. We are happy to accommodate, just let us know!
WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED DURING THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION?
Light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner.
