The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

The reception will be taking place at Cannon River Winery in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. The ceremony will be taking place at the Cannon Rivery Vineyard. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE THEMSELVES DIRECTLY UP TO THE VINEYARD.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us.

We have a tight guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

We have a hotel block at the Grandstay in Cannon Falls, MN. This hotel is only about a 7 minute drive from the wedding venue. This is the only hotel that we are providing transportation for. We have another hotel block at the AmericInn in Northfield, MN. This hotel is roughly 20 minutes away from the wedding venue. For both hotels, please call to book under the Kermes/Hare Wedding Block.

The RSVP deadline is August 14, 2024. Please RSVP via our wedding website.

We will provide an open bar with beer, seltzers, and wine. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee. You are welcome to pay at the bar if you would like to have any spirits.

Please make sure to mark on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions and we will work with our caterer to find delicious food options that works for you!

Our preferred wedding "gift" are any donations that can go towards our honeymoon and our down payment on a house. We are also currently registered on Target and Amazon under Kermes-Hare Wedding.

There will be shuttles taking guests from the Grandstay in Cannon Falls and the Cannon River Winery directly up to the ceremony location. There will also be buses that will take guests home during the reception back to the Grand Stay. If you are staying at the AmericInn, you will need to drive directly to the wedding venue in order to take the bus to our ceremony location.

A lot of our decorations were borrowed from family and friends that would like these items returned so we ask that these items stay inside the reception area so they can be returned. Thank you for understanding!

There is a parking lot at the Cannon River Winery that guests are welcome to park at. If you decide to drive to the venue, there will be a bus that will take guests up to the vineyard for the ceremony and cocktail hour, if weather permits. Guests are not allowed to drive themselves directly up to the vineyards.

Last call for the bar will be at 11:30pm.

In order to insure we are all fully present, we will be an "unplugged'" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
