Angela and Nick first met in January, 2020 when she signed up to attend a financial wellness workshop at work. Nick was presenting to a group of employees and couldn't help but notice her. They spoke afterwords and eventually, Nick asked Angela out on a date.

Nick proposed to Angela on March 12, 2022 in Tucson, Arizona, the place where it all began. Just weeks later, the two of them moved to the Bay Area in California.
