We know a handful of you are flying in to join us on our special day (we appreciate you all!). We recommend you fly direct to LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in Queens, NY (closest to venue) or Westchester County Airport (HPN) in White Plains, NY (closest to ceremony, but smaller and limited on direct flights).

Please visit the "travel" section on our website, and follow the instructions to book a room in our block. You'll see our preferred option is "SpringHill Suites Tuckahoe Westchester County" for Saturday night - we will have a private afterparty at the hotel bar following the reception. There will be transportation from the venue to this hotel as it is around 15-20 minutes away. We also have a second option that is closer (around 5 minutes) from the venue, which is also listed on the website, Hotel NoMa. There will not be transportation provided to this hotel. For those of you traveling who need accommodations for Friday night, there is an option listed for that night as well.

If you'd like to stay at the hotel where our afterparty is but do not see any availability, please text Angela at 845-709-0605 and she will reach out to the hotel to see if there are additional rooms available to be added into the block!

We suggest driving to our ceremony at Church of Saint Augustine, as there will not be transportation to or from the ceremony. However, depending on which hotel you're staying at, there may be transportation provided to and from the reception. Please visit the "travel" page for more information on this!

Our ceremony will be inside (church). With the exception of our cocktail hour which will be both indoors and outdoors, the reception will be indoors, with the option to venture outside and enjoy the beauty of the venue and summer weather the rest of the evening!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. Therefore, we ask that you are seated by 1:15pm so that we remain on time for the rest of the day!

Yes, there will be a time gap to allow for pictures to be taken of the bridal party and families of the bride and groom. We estimate the ceremony will end between 2:00 - 2:30pm, therefore guests will have around 3 hours between the end of the ceremony and the start of the reception. However, it is around a 45- 60 minute drive from the ceremony to the reception, depending on traffic, so please plan accordingly. If you'll be staying in one of our hotel blocks, we recommend checking in between the ceremony and reception, as check-in is usually between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. If you're staying at the Springhill Suites in Tuckahoe, our shuttle will arrive at 4:45pm to take you to the venue.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation (including the names of plus ones and children). Please do not bring anyone who is not included on the invite, as we will not have seating for them!

Our wedding reception will end at 10:30pm. For those staying at The Springhill Suites in Tuckahoe, there will be an after party at the hotel bar from 11pm - 1am. We will have a shuttle available to transport guests to the hotel at the end of the reception.

New York weather can definitely be unpredictable. Average mid-July temperatures can be anywhere from low 70s to even as hot as 90. Definitely dress for warm temps! Nights can cool off, but probably nothing more than a light jacket would be necessary.
