…who took a chance on a message!We don’t have a wild, movie-worthy love story. No dramatic airport chases. No childhood best-friends-to-lovers plot twist. Just two people surviving the chaos (and occasional absurdity) of modern online dating.Enter: Traveling, workaholic John.He came across Angela’s profile and thought, “Why not?” So he took a shot and sent a message.Enter: Fiercely independent, slightly skeptical-of-dating Angela.She read John’s short but surprisingly effective message and decided… fine, he deserved a response.A few days of back and forth turned into phone calls. Phone calls turned into “okay, let’s actually meet.” And a few weeks later, they did.John says it only took a few minutes in person to realize she was someone special.Angela says she knew right away this wasn’t going to be “just another date.”Fast forward four short months (yes, four!) and John was ring shopping.Somewhere along the way, Angela completely changed John’s long-standing “I’m never getting married” stance — because when you know, you know.So one quiet night at home, John asked Angela to be his wife.She obviously said YES.And now here we are… planning the biggest (and most fun) day of our lives. 💍✨
