Yes! We have a 56 passenger shuttle to go to and from the hotels to the venue. Please note that check-in is usually at 3. You should ask for early check in when making your hotel reservations if you plan to stay Saturday night only.
Unfortunately that is not a guarantee. You may need to check in after the wedding. The first shuttle will depart at 1:30 for a 2:15 arrival to the venue. The second shuttle will depart at 3:05 for a 3:35 arrival to the venue. Ceremony will start at 3:45pm. We understand that this is cutting it close, and apologize.
We did get word that for those staying at the Homewood Suites can show up around 1:30/2 for check in! They should be able to accommodate!
If you need to drive yourself to the venue, you may leave your car overnight and either carpool with a DD or take an Uber. We have two shuttles from the venue to the hotel. One departing at 8:30 and one at 9:30
Where will the ceremony be?
The ceremony is going to be outside either on a covered porch or out on the green by the Pergola. As of now the weather is supposed to be 45 and sunny during the day. The ceremony will be roughly half hour long so bring a jacket or shawl! If it decides to rain, we will move the ceremony into the ballroom. Can’t wait to see everyone!
Are my kids invited? Do I have a plus one?
While we wish we could invite everyone’s littles and special someone’s, we are only inviting those closest to us. Your invitation will indicate how many seats we have for you. If you have a guest, it will be for 2 adults. The only children we are having are those related to us. We appreciate your understanding.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
The ceremony and reception will be at the same location. Ceremony will begin at 3:45 and we recommend you arrive somewhere between 3:15 and 3:30pm. Immediate family should aim to arrive around 2:30 for pictures before the ceremony. There is a pub in the main house that guests may get drinks at while they wait for the ceremony to start
What if something comes up and I can’t make it?
Final Headcount is due to the Venue by November 1st. We understand things come up. If you RSVP “yes” but end up not being able to make it, please try to let us know by that date.
Can I leave my car overnight?
We highly recommend either taking the shuttle to and from the hotel or coordinate with a DD if possible since the hotels are 30 minutes away. However, you can leave your car overnight at the venue. The gates are locked at night and opened in the morning. There is no shuttle the next morning so you will have to coordinate a ride.
