We kindly ask that you join us in semi-formal attire for the big day! A quick note: the ceremony will be held outside on the back cement patio (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors on the wood floors.

We were unable to reserve a hotel block, but we have listed some great nearby options under the Travel tab. Be sure to check them out!

If you are staying at The Lodge at Eagle Crest, they offer complimentary transportation to and from the River Run Lodge. For everyone else, we recommend carpooling, renting a vehicle, or using Uber or Lyft to make your way over to the venue.

Yes! There is a dedicated parking lot right in front of the venue for your convenience.

We kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought onto the venue property. There will be an open bar available for guests 21 and over!

You are welcome to bring along a few snacks if you would like. We just ask that you please leave peanuts and berries at home due to the potential of severe allergic reaction by the wedding party and guests. Thanks so much for your understanding!
