We are working with a wonderful travel agent, Ashley Berg, to make planning and traveling as easy as possible for you! Ashley made a booking website for our guests to book rooms directly from. Booking with Ashley will ensure that you have a room located within our room block, and will guarantee the best rates for our group. There is no additional cost to book with Ashley.

To avoid repetition and confusion, we ask that you visit our booking website for more information. Ashley did an amazing job at breaking down rooms, rates, deadlines, payments etc. After reviewing the website, if you still have questions, please reach out to Angela or Ashley!

A COUPLE NOTES ABOUT ROOM TYPES BEFORE BOOKING

On our booking website, we have selected a variety of room options for you to choose from. As part of the room block, we can only reserve a certain number of rooms per category. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure you get your choice of room.

If you are not satisfied with the room options on our booking website, you can view more room types on the resort's website. If you are interested in booking a room from the resort website, please reach out to Ashley for pricing and availability confirmation.

Please note, the resort has two family-friendly buildings and four adults-only buildings, which they refer to as Elegance Club.

*If you are bringing children do NOT book an Elegance Club room.*

For those traveling without children, booking an Elegance Club room provides you with extra perks including, 24 hour room service, butler services, additional bars, pool and a la carte breakfast/lunch options.

Ashley can schedule transportation to/from the airport to the resort, as this is included when booking through her. Additional info for transportation can be found on our booking website.

While booking, please note that the resort does have a 4-night minimum stay requirement. If you have any concerns about this, please contact Angela to *try and work some magic.
If you plan on staying for the 4-night minimum, our recommendation is 
3/15/25 - 3/19/25. 
Josh and Angela would like to host a welcome dinner the evening before their wedding day (3/16), and a thank you/farewell brunch and/or activity the day after (3/18). The details for both are TBD and attendance is optional (but it would make us oh so happy to have you all there!!)
Angela and Josh's arrival and departure dates will be, 3/14/25 - 3/21/25. With that being said, we are not asking our guests to be there for our entire stay. The dates our guests choose to arrive and depart are completely up to them - This is your vacation too, we encourage you to come for as long or as short as you'd like!
Lastly, please be patient with us as this is not your typical wedding. There is a lot that goes into planning a destination wedding, the biggest struggle being delayed communication. We don't start planning our special day until 1 month before our wedding date, but we will make sure to update all our guests with information as we learn it. We will be updating our website as we build an itinerary. Hopefully, sharing our arrival/departure dates will help plan the duration of your stay in the meantime.

Flights are not included with the room block and will need to be booked separately. We will be monitoring flight prices closely and reaching out to our guests when prices are low. We know our guests have different preferences, live in different cities, and have miles/points to use, so we encourage you to monitor flights as well.

Make sure to book your flights to/from Cancun International Airport (CUN).

It is approx. 30 mins to the resort.

BOOKING TIPS

• Since most of our guests will be flying out of DTW, within the next 6 months, flights are supposed to go as low as $300 - keep a look out for that!

• Keep in mind that it is cheaper to fly in/out on weekdays. Friday-Tuesday(or Wed) will be a good place to start.
