If you have some free time during the weekend, we highly recommend exploring the nearby towns of Perrysburg and Bowling Green — both about 20–30 minutes from Bloom & Bower. Whether you’re in the mood to shop, hike, sip something local, or just wander, each town has its own charm and plenty to enjoy.
In Perrysburg

🛍️ Levis Commons – Open-air shopping with boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, and a movie theater. A great way to spend a relaxing afternoon.
🌳 Woodlands Park & Sculpture Walk – An inviting community park with trails and a rotating outdoor sculpture exhibit. Great for families or a casual stroll.
🌊 Riverside Park – A serene park overlooking the Maumee River with walking paths, picnic spots, and gorgeous views. Bring a coffee and watch the boats drift by.
🍸 Swig – A gastropub known for its craft cocktails, whiskey selection, and gourmet takes on comfort food. Don’t skip the deviled eggs or the Swig fries. We had our first “official” date here and just love the vibe!
