When and where is the wedding ?
The wedding will take place on Saturday August 2nd, 2025 at CMT Ranch 5200 Dominion Rd, Santa Maria CA 93455. Ceremony and Reception will be taking place there.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony ?
The ceremony will promptly start at 4:00 pm ! Earliest arrival to venue can start as early as 3:15 pm . We ask that everyone arrives no later than 3:45 pm , to give yourself time to park and find your seat! If you do happen to arrive late you will not be allowed in until after ceremony is finished . Please plan accordingly and arrive on time .
Where can I park upon arrival ?
Onsite parking is available . Once parking lot is full , there is a dirt lot open for parking as well.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Our wedding will have an open bar , the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll have a charcuterie table during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner of Carnitas(Pork), rice, beans & all the sides. If anyone has any food allergies or concerns please reach out to the bride or groom!
When should I RSVP by ?
We would like everyone to RSVP by June 7th, 2025. You can RSVP to my (Angelina's) phone number with first and last names of those who will be joining us. 3 years old and younger will not be getting a seat, they will be able to share a seat with a parent so please don't include them in the number of seats reserved on your invitation. If you do not respond by this date we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending'. We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
What should I do if I can't make it ?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please text the RSVP phone number "Cannot Attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.
Can I bring a plus one ?
We kindly request no extra guests or plus ones at our wedding, unless stated on your invitation by the bride and groom. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited ?
Yes ! Please refer to the number of seats reserved for your family on the invitation. 3 years old and younger will not be getting a seat , they will be able to share a seat with a parent. Remember you are fully responsible to watch your children at all times !!
Will the wedding be outdoors ?
Yes. Both ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors at the same location.
Is there a dress code ?
We would love to see all of our family and friends dressed up for our big day ! We kindly request that guests wear formal attire . We also request that ladies do not wear white or any off white colors! Since the wedding is taking place outdoors, we recommend bringing jackets or sweaters to ensure comfort as the day goes on and temperatures drop later into the night. We want everyone to feel comfortable celebrating!
Gifts? Do you have a gift registry ?
No your presence is more than enough! While we're not having a traditional gift registry, we will be accepting funds to go towards our future home purchase. If you'd like to contribute the day of we will have a card box at the reception as well as our Venmo's. Please know that this is entirely optional - what matters most is that you're there with us to make memories on our big day!
