Q + A

How do I RSVP?

Now that your formal invitations should have arrived, the "RSVP" tab at the top of the website is now live! There is where you will be able to electronically RSVP by filling out the short questionnaire!

When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by the deadline of June 27th so that we will be able to finalize the plans!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Unless your invitation and the RSVP page specified otherwise, we ask that you not bring any plus-ones because of the strict building capacity at our venue.

Are children allowed?

We love your littles, but unless specified, we cannot accommodate any extra persons because of limited seating.

Is there a hotel room block available?

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted price at two different hotels near the wedding venue for those who will need it either the night before or after the wedding! Check the "Travel" tab for more information!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?

No, we will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels. The venue has a large and easily accessible parking lot that will be able to accommodate everyone. If you are staying in one of our hotel room blocks, the drive is just 10 minutes!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will take place outside providing the weather is favorable. The reception will then take place indoors with options to hang out both inside and outside!

What should I wear?

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail so we would recommend suits/tailored looks for the guys and flowy or fitted longer dresses for the girls! We are going for a classy and elevated summer evening. Dress for possible temperature changes as the ceremony is outdoors in July and the reception is inside with air-conditioning.

What color are the bridesmaids dresses/what colors should I avoid?

Their dresses are dusty blue satin, and the bride will of course be wearing white!

What time should I arrive at the wedding venue?

Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow for time to park, walk, and be seated for the ceremony! Additionally, plan in advance for the possibility of heavy traffic heading north on all routes out of the Detroit area due to rush hour on a Friday as well as construction zones!
