What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive early to be seated by 3:15pm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held in an outdoor garden followed by cocktail hour in the patio. The reception will be held indoors in the Grand Ballroom.
How do I RSVP through the website?
Please go to the RSVP tab and enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation envelope. Each person’s name must be entered separately. Once your invitation is found, you’ll be able to RSVP. After confirming your attendance, you can select your preferred meal choice.
Can I bring a Plus One?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones! However, we regret that due to the large number of children within our family and friends, we have decided to make our wedding day an adult-only occasion, with the exception of the wedding party. Thank you for understanding.
Where do I park?
Our ceremony and reception are at a country club with plenty of free parking adjacent to the venue.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. In the meantime, guests are invited to head directly to the cocktail area where you can mingle with family and friends as well as enjoy some hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Ayres Hotel in Chino Hills, located less than a mile from the ceremony venue. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more details and to book your stay, please visit the Travel tab.
What should I wear?
We kindly ask that you dress in ALL BLACK. (Black Tie or formal attire). We recommend a black suit and tie and a black dress. (White shirts with suits are okay.) We encourage you to bring an additional pair of shoes for dancing!
