When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is June 1, 2023.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, kids are welcome!
Please let us know ahead of time and make a note in the reply card how many kids will attend. Include any food allergies the children may have so we can avoid any unwanted risk.
Is parking available ?
There will be plenty of free parking at both locations.
Please note that the wedding guests will share the parking with the golf club members at the Reception.
What will the weather be like?
It’s summer!
You will be able to enjoy the warm clear day. The temperatures in San Ramon typically range from a low of 57°F to high of 82°F. However, both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will be at the church and will start at 12:00 pm. You should arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the mass start.
Please stay after mass if you want to take pictures with the Bride & Groom. The picture taking will start with the families and then friends.
Is the Ceremony 6 hours (12pm - 6pm)?
No. The Ceremony is a traditional Catholic Wedding and will last approximately 1hr. The reception is at a different location. We understand that it will take some time to get to the reception location and wanted to ensure there is sufficient time to take pictures with friends and family after the ceremony and transition to the reception location.
What should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. The ceremony will be at Church in San Jose. The reception will be in San Ramon city. It might be a bit chilly at night so you should bring a light jacket, just in case.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar after the cocktail hour.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
To celebrate and spend time with friends & family is the most important gift. However, if you intend to contribute a gift, we would be more than happy to accept cash donations or a contribution to either of the funds found on our registry:

When will the reception end?
The reception will run from 6:00-11:00pm. There will be no additional party afterward.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
