You must book your room through our travel agent, Susan Lupisella. Transportation to and from the hotel is also included when you book! I have sent everyone an email with information on how to book. If you have not received an email, please reach out to me (Anisa) ASAP at 773-505-3192. We are only able to hold rooms until March 5th, so we ask that you reserve your rooms by then!

The rates booked with Susan are all-inclusive. This includes food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, resort entertainment and transportation to the hotel. There are many options for food, including buffets, ala cartes, and many different lunch spots. The only thing not covered is tips. We recommend bringing a combination of 1's, 5's and 10's (in US dollars) as the resort employees work so hard to make our vacation top notch.

Yes. Everyone must stay at the resort for a minimum of 3 nights. We will be staying from 11/23/24 to 11/29/24 (6 nights) and encourage everyone to stay as long as they can!

Yes! Our room block contains a few different types of rooms, depending on how many people are in your party. The different types of rooms are: Deluxe Suite (most rooms have two double beds), 1 Bedroom Residence (king bed, living area, & sofa bed), 2 Bedroom Residence (Deluxe + 1 bedroom), and 3 bedroom (2 Deluxe + 1 bedroom). We also have a few penthouses reserved for each category. These will be available on a first come, first serve basis!
