The venue can accommodate up to 100 vehicles. There will be parking attendants the day of that will direct everyone to a safe spot. If you are helping set up at the venue beforehand and want to leave your car at the hotel before the wedding, we suggest leaving at 2:00 to park and get on the shuttle from the hotel. Please do not plan leave your vehicle at the venue overnight unless it is an emergency.

After the first look, the bride and groom plan to stick together as much as possible to remember our special day as it passes by so quick! We are happy to take pictures with people together.

Semi Formal! Dresses, button up shirts, dress pants or “nicer” dress jeans… ladies, please no white!

We ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony, so 3:30pm. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel to the venue, please arrive at the hotel by no later than 2:30. The shuttle will arrive at Spruce Hill by 3:30.

We ask that please no pictures be taken during the ceremony. We have hired photographers to take care of these, and are happy to share those with anyone once we receive them! We do encourage you to take pictures after the ceremony and add them to our digital shared photo album!

Well behaved children are welcome, however please let us know in your RSVP! We would prefer the adults to be able to fully enjoy themselves at our event.

Per the hotel: If you are using the 3pm shuttle to get to the venue, you can check in around 2:30/45pm. They ask that you call the morning of to confirm your room is ready! You are also welcome to check in at night after you leave the wedding.
