When to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 1, 2025 by using the website listed on your invitation and going to the RSVP tab.
Can I bring a guest?
If your guest name is listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Your invitation will specify how many seats are reserved in your honor, including children.
Information regarding kids?
The property manager has made us aware there is poison oak on property (mainly behind the altar area), so please keep an eye on children that are of walking age. Please do not allow kids to climb on trees, draw on buildings, or throw rocks. Also, during those special dances (i.e., first dance, groom and mom, father daughter, and bride and mom dances), please keep kids off dance floor.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is Fancy Casual, with a western flare. We want you to come ready to celebrate with your dance boots on and be comfortable. If you are still unsure, please feel free to reach out to Ann with any questions.
Is alcohol allowed?
We will have coors light beer. If you prefer something different, the venue allows BYOB. However, absolutely no glass bottles or liquor allowed. If you choose to drink, please have a DD and drink responsibly!
Is smoking allowed?
The areas in or around any and all buildings are non-smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes). If you must smoke, please do so at your vehicle or in the designated smoking area by the gravel road. Also, do NOT drop butt's on the ground. The venue owner will be present. Please be respectful of her property and rules.
What if I am not able to make it?
Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "Will not attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending but find that you will not make it, please notify Ann ASAP at 254.485.0094 by TEXT with your name and that you can not attend.
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as "will not be attending." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and caterer in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony @ 4:30 pm.
