Free transportation shuttles will be running to and from The Hyatt Regency Bellevue and The Golf Club at Newcastle. There will be more details on the pick up and drop off times shortly. Calling an Uber/Lyft is possible at The Golf Club at Newcastle but can be inconsistent, so the free transportation shuttles we are providing are intended to make it easier for you to get to and from the venue.

Yes, there is a lot of parking space at The Golf Club at Newcastle directly by the entrance of the venue.

The free shuttle is available for all of our wedding guests, regardless if you are staying at the hotel. We anticipate many local guests will be riding the shuttle.

The Ceremony, Dinner and Reception will take place indoors, however there is an outdoor patio to enjoy for cocktail hour. June in Washington can be unpredictable, but we are prepared for any weather Mother Nature throws at us!

We will not be reserving any room blocks. However, we anticipate most out of town guests will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside, which is where the free transportation will be going to and from. Another hotel in walking distance of the Hyatt Regency is the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown.

Unfortunately our venue has capacity limitations. Our current numbers account only for those named on your invitation and in your RSVP.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. We hope you can treat this as a date night out!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive by 4:45 pm - thank you!

We can work with our venue to accommodate any vegan/vegetarian meals, as well as any food allergies. Please be sure to note any specifics on your RSVP.

Yes, there will be an open bar! Beer, wine and cocktails. Did we mention that there will be free transportation shuttles to and from the venue? We want everyone to have a fun time and get home safe.
