There are multiple cottages onsite at Harmony Meadows. We'll be staying on property Friday and Saturday. Additionally we have a block of rooms at Mountain View Lodge and Lakeside Lodge. Mountain View is closest to the wedding venue. The Lookout at Lake Chelan offers vacation rental homes with resort style amenities, great for families or larger parties. The Lookout properties are a 17 minute drive from the wedding venue. There are also many beautiful vacation rentals available on Vrbo and AirBnB if you would prefer to go that route. We will do our best to help you find accommodations that work for you but we also encourage you to book earlier rather than later. Lake Chelan is a popular vacation destination!

Lake Chelan is approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes from Seattle and approximately 1 hour from Wenatchee. We recommend staying near Manson, WA if you are able. It is not advised to plan to stay in the Seattle area for our wedding.

Cocktail attire is recommended but please come as you are! We care more about you than your clothes! Serious bonus points for wearing pink (at least from Ann)!

Lake Chelan tends to be warmer and sunnier than Seattle but it's still June in Washington and we can't predict the weather! It's reasonable to assume highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s with little chance of rain. The Chelan area is also prone to forest fires, so we would recommend you check air quality reports as necessary for your health. We will also be monitoring air quality as needed.

In short, something for everyone! Lake Chelan is great for boating and swimming. Additionally there are MANY notable wineries in the area. Outside of that, please consult our 'Things to Do' page.

The main event is the wedding celebration on Saturday, June 21 at 4pm. We would recommend planning to stay in the area on Friday and Saturday but it is possible to drive from Seattle on Saturday morning and arrive on time. The wedding ceremony and reception are on Saturday, June 21 all in the same location. There are no events scheduled for Sunday, June 22. Sleep in, hydrate, do what you need to do. We will be in the area for several days before the wedding and the day after. We are very open to spending time with individuals and groups as schedules allow.
