Are children allowed at the ceremony and reception?
Children are allowed at both the ceremony and the reception. However, if your child is crying, acting up, ect., please remove them immediately and do not being them back until they have calmed down. As for the reception, if your child runs out to the dance floor during any intimate moment or at any time before dancing is allowed, they will be removed and asked to leave until all moments before the dance are concluded.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive at least a half hour before the ceremony begins. We would like to have everyone seated and taken care of at least 10 minutes before the ceremony begins.
What time should I arrive at the reception?
Attending the reception is not mandatory. But if you are not attending, please include that in your RSVP. As for arrival time, there will be a social hour provided between the time of the ceremony and the reception. We have provided an open bar and snacks for the social hour. You will be informed of when we would like everyone to take their seats in preparation of the bridal party entrances.
Where are you registered?
We are registered at Menards, Community Lumber of West Bend, Target, and Ellies on Main in West Bend. We are also accepting cash. Anna's Venmo is on the invitation you received. A check or cash in an envelope is also accepted. Please make out any checks in the name of Tyler Huebner.
What is the dress code?
Please show up in anything you are comfortable in! All we ask as there is no sweatpants, sweatshirts (worn to any of the events), or non-tasteful attire such as crop tops or anything that may show too much skin.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are allowing plus ones. But, we ask that you please let us know in your RSVP and only bring plus ONE.
How do I RSVP?
We have provided you with a link to RSVP online. We understand that not everyone is tech savy so please do what is easiest for you. If you have any issues RSVPing please contact either Anna or Tyler and we will mark you down for all that you are planning to attend.
When does the reception end?
We are hoping to end the reception at 12am. We ask that everyone leaves when asked. The bride and groom are wanting to do a private dance at the end of the night to soak in the moment together.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
We have not reserved room blocks as the wedding is close to home. We apologize for any inconvenience! For any out of town loved ones, you are more than welcome to give either the bride or the groom a call and they would be more than happy to point you into the right direction to find lodging.
What will the weather be like?
We of course are hoping for nice weather but, as we all know, it is Iowa. We recommend to come prepared with jackets and or blankets as the ceremony is planned to be outdoor. If there are any weather issues, we will deal with those issues as they come up.
