The dress code for the wedding is 'Semi-Formal.' We want to see everyone looking their best; get as dressed up as you'd like! Please no jeans, sweats, and of course, no white!
IS THE WEDDING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
Weather permitting, we hope to have our ceremony and reception outside! Dinner will be inside despite the weather. If the weather doesn't allow this, we have plans to move everything inside. As a heads up, there is no air conditioning at our venue, and weather in WNY in September is usually mild.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE WEDDING?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that you arrive by 4:30 so there will be ample time for you to be escorted to your seat. Please follow the signs outside the museum to go around the building to the ceremony site.
CAN I BRING A DATE?
Our families are so excited to celebrate this day with you! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests at this time. If you were allotted a plus-one, there will be a place for you to RSVP for your guest.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
We absolutely love your kids! However, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception adults-only with the exception of those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us!
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!
WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP?
If you do not RSVP by our deadline, we will have to count you as a "No." Don't worry- we will hassle you for an answer before it is too late. However, it is our responsibility to give our caterer and venue a final headcount, and we would like to respect that!
