Our story didn’t start in a romantic café or at some breathtaking sunset; it began in a college dorm elevator. A small, awkward space where, frankly, neither of us expected anything more than a quick ride up or down.

We were just two students with busy schedules, both trying to make it through another day. He was the easygoing guy who always seemed perfectly content, no matter what.
