Passenger rail service is available into Granby Station. Notify the ranch, prior to your arrival, to arrange for complimentary shuttle service to the C Lazy U ranch from the train station.

This is a great travel method to Granby from Union Station in Denver. The train ride is about 2.5 hours and will avoid any traffic and adverse winter road conditions. Train tickets are now available for purchase via Amtrak website.

To get the best fare, it is recommended to buy tickets as early as possible.

- Departure on Friday, February 27, 2026: Union Station (DEN) 8:46 AM > Granby (GRA) 11:22 AM
- Return on Sunday, March 1, 2026: Granby (GRA) 2:54 PM > Union Station (DEN) 6:27 PM

If interested in taking the Amtrak, please confirm your flights to and from Denver are compatible with the train schedule.

Car Rentals are a great option if you have experience and feel comfortable driving in the snow. Please be advised and prepared to expect winter road conditions from Denver to Granby. If you do not have experience driving in the snow, please consider the shuttle service or Amtrak train to Granby Station. Your safety is of utmost importance.
