What are the meal choices?
There are two main course options to choose from:
The Bourbon-Glazed Salmon and the Honey Lavender Cornish Hen.
There will also be a salad and soup served:
The Cameron Salad (baby spinach, strawberries, goat cheese, and a spiced blueberry vinaigrette) and
Chicken and Wild Rice Soup.
