The couple first met online and had their first date June 18, 2021 at an Italian restaurant and wine bar in Upper West Side of NYC. The chemistry between the two was immediately felt and the conversation just flowed. After a 3 hour dinner conversation that felt like 3 minutes, Scott knew right then that there was no need to wait to ask Anna out on a 2nd date before their date even ended. And so he did as they were talking and walking down the streets of the big city.

It was on their 3rd date when they had 13 hour adventure around New York City during 4th of July that ended in watching fireworks together that the couple felt an undeniable spark and realized that they were meant to be.

Only 3 months later, Scott gave Anna a note that says today is the first day of the rest of my life with you that had a check box asking yes or no.. Little did Anna know how serious Scott was and at that point he already knew that he was going to marry her eventually..

The first year they were dating, Anna lived in New York City while Scott lived across the river New Jersey. Before he met her and after living in the city for 14 years, he thought he would never be driving back in the city. But since they met, the distance no longer mattered and he found himself driving back into the city more often that not to see her. He recalls that true love is worth the drive no matter how far..

Fast forward to November 2022, they both moved in a new place together as a couple with their dog Duke. It is clear that this couple is becoming more of a family. And on that Christmas eve, Scott proposed to Anna using an ornament wrapped in a Christmas gift with the big question, "Will you marry me?" Anna said YES and officially the couple got engaged on their best Christmas eve EVER!

They have traveled lot together since, but the biggest journey of their lives are just about to unfold as they are officially getting married April 14, 2024!
