Q + A

What is the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Through this very site! We hoped to keep it super easy and simple for everyone, so all you have to do is navigate to the RSVP tab. The RSVP deadline is September 26th so everybody can be accounted for with the venue.

What should I wear?

The attire for our wedding will be formal, so a cocktail or long dress is perfect for ladies and a suit is perfect for gentlemen!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors so a jacket may be a handy thing to bring! Depending on the weather the cocktail hour will either be indoors or outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Our wedding is in November in Colorado so the weather at this time can be a little unpredictable. We recommend you bring an overcoat or sweater to be sure you will be comfortable whenever we are outside for the ceremony.

What will your wedding day timeline look like?

The ceremony will begin at 3 PM. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour will be around 3:30 to 3:45 PM. Then the reception will be until 9 PM.

What time should I arrive?

The Ceremony will begin at 3 pm. We ask that you arrive about a half hour before the ceremony starts.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is parking at the venue, however, it is fairly limited. The good thing is that the venue is in the middle of the town and there is plenty of close parking in the surrounding area!

Any dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please let us know! You can either contact Brock or Annie via text, email, or leave a note with your RSVP and we will be sure to work something out for you!

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, we absolutely love little ones and have included them in the RSVP! Having kiddos is such a blessing but being a parent is a tough job, we understand it can be hard! Given that, all we ask is for your best efforts to keep them calm, cool, and collected during the ceremony.

Where is best to stay?

Monument/Colorado Springs area is a great place to have a wedding because there are many options to pick from ranging anywhere from hotels to Airbnb's! We recommend staying closer to the city of Monument but Colorado Springs is no more than a thirty-minute drive.

How do you feel about phones during the ceremony?

We want to see the joyful and beautiful faces of the people we love! So, we ask that everyone keep their phone tucked away until after the ceremony.

Do you have a wedding registry?

We do! On this site, you can find a link to our wedding registry on Amazon. Amazon is great however they do have some downfalls. So, we also have a fund set up through this site if that is easier!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Absolutely! We will have a place open for anyone who wishes to do that.

Whats the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

Feel free to contact us via email or text!
