Our Wedding

Dave and I met in September 2017. I had just Ubered home from a bad Tinder date, when I realized I didn't have my apartment key! It was late, and my roommate was asleep. It sounded like people were talking inside my neighbor's apartment, and even though I hadn't met the neighbor, I had seen him around. He seemed nice enough. I knocked on the door, and then I knocked again... Finally, a very confused Dave came to the door. I asked if I could come in, and he said, "Hold on, one second." I later found out he was hiding his watch and credit cards, in case this crazy lady at his door tried to rob him. The conversations I heard from the hallway ended up being Dave talking to his "internet friends" while playing video games. Anyway, he did eventually invite me in, and we ended up talking the whole night. We exchanged numbers, but he didn't text me until 3 months later (!!!) asking if I wanted to come over dinner. After that dinner, we started seeing each other more regularly and quickly fell in love.

Dave and I wanted to exchange vows in a private, peaceful setting. I love researching and planning travel adventures, and through various internet searches, I stumbled upon Villa Santa Cruz in Todos Santos, a quaint and artsy Pueblo Mágico about an hour outside of Los Cabos, Mexico. Villa Santa Cruz was the perfect location to relax and reflect on our journey thus far and share our promises and hopes for the future with one another. We were very blessed to have THE MOST amazing photographer Anna Gomes. These are just our sneak peek photos, and we are so excited to see the rest of them!
