The closest large airport is in St. Louis, MO (2 hour drive from Marion). There is also the option to fly into Chicago and then take a small plane to the airport in Marion or take the Amtrak train to Carbondale. If you know other people who are attending the wedding, we recommend that you find a group and rent a car together to drive from the airport to Marion. Anna & Ben can also help you join up with another group. There is NO public transportation in Marion and it is a rural community. Uber is very limited.

There is parking all along the roads inside the cemetery. There is also a small parking lot. If you have a special request for parking, please talk to Anna or Ben and we can find a solution for you.

There will be the option to sit down for all people at all times at both venues. There is no restroom at the Goddard Chapel; however, it is right in town and near gas stations in case of emergency. [Information coming about wheelchair accessibility.] Please check in with Anna to secure a close parking spot before the ceremony if needed. The Pavillion is fully wheelchair accessible, has accessible parking spots, and is equipped with bathrooms and other typical amenities.
