Devon and Anna first met at a high-school dance in 2010 where he asked her to dance! A few months later, Anna and Devon had assigned seats next to one another in a spanish class. Devon was a huge flirt at the time and would make Anna smile&laugh all class. It was very clear Anna crushed hard on Devon. She would even make cupcakes and bring them to school with her all the time just so she would have an excuse to talk to him. Devon played harder to get but most of his friends could tell he had a soft spot for Anna.

When Devon graduated high-school and went to college, he still checked in, kept in touch, and met up with Anna occasionally while she finished up her high-school senior year. Fast forward to the end of 2014, Anna asked Devon to attend prom with her and from that night on both of them were always together. With Devon attending Eastern and Anna down the road at UCONN it was very easy and convenient for them to enjoy one another and spend their college years hanging out, partying, skiing, vacationing to Florida on spring breaks and New Hampshire in the summers.

In April of 2024, ten years after they started dating, Devon finally asked Anna to marry him! Devon asked Anna to marry him by the ocean in Mystic, CT where they got to celebrate with their best friends for a romantic dinner afterwards!

this picture was taken in 2009. Anna and Devon were in middle school at the time. Devon and Anna did not even know one another at this time and still to this day have no idea how they ended up in the same classroom (he was a grade ahead) and neither remember this photo ever being taken.
