It's a classic story: Boy meets Girl. Girl goes with Boy to see low budget horror movie. Boy is completely oblivious, and the two go their separate ways.

After meeting at the tender age of 19 while attending USC, Jake and Anna immediately hit it off. He loved her beautiful smile, tenacious spirit, and amazing sense of humor. What she saw in him, we may never know. But their mutual love of The Descendants, Dino Bites and Joey Amron cemented their friendship.

Over the next several years, their friendship continued to grow. However, no matter how often they seemed to make plans, life would always get in the way. Christmas sweater parties were missed due to Harry Potter book releases, and Indie Rock Tennis Matches were shelved.

And so it went. But, the two remained in contact, filling each other in on life and still hoping for that 1st date.

Just when it seemed like this game would go on forever, they finally decided that enough was enough. She facebooked him suggesting coffee. He called her and suggesting drinks.

And the rest was history.
