The dress code is semi-formal. We request no flipflops, shorts, ripped jeans, or T-shirts. Although it will be August, the venue is in the Smokey Mountains with average temps of 80F during the day and 55-60F into the night so please keep that in mind when dressing.
Are Children Welcome?
Yes! We are excited to see everyone and their children.
How do we get to the venue?
The venue provides a shuttle service to and from. Once we receive RSVPs and coordinate where everyone will be, we will send out a list of pick up/drop off locations. You must take the shuttle, there will be no parking available at the venue.
Will there be a bar?
It would not be a Grafton/O'Connell event without one ;)
How long is the event?
Times will be updated as the schedule evolves but we are currently planning for the ceremony to be at 4pm and the party will continue at the venue until 10pm.
What if I have allergies?
Please mention any allergies in the RSVPs at the soonest availability.
Do I have a plus one?
Due to the size of the venue, we have a strict limit on number of guests. Thus, we must limit the number of guests allowed to bring a plus one/family. For those who may bring plus ones, etc., this will be clearly noted in the wedding invitation and electronic RSVP. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
